Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee an item will be available in the size/style/color that is requested once the item has been returned. We will issue a refund for your item and the same guidelines from the return policy will apply.
At Tealight Boutique we inspect every item and package them with the best care so they will arrive in perfect condition at your door. We can’t ensure it will get treated and handled with the same love during its transit, but if your item arrives damaged we will offer you a full refund including shipping cost to your original form of payment or provide a replacement at no cost to you if the item is still available.
Please email us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order, otherwise the shipping cost will not be included in your refund.
You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel. Please include your order number in the email.
