Changed your mind, didn’t make you feel good, too big, too small, don’t like it, don’t need it...? Toss it! Returns:

  • Send us an email at info@tealightboutique.com with your order number. We will email you a return form.
  • Print and fill out the return form and send it back along with the item you wish to return
  • Please note we may deny your return request or it might be delayed if you do not include a return form
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the date of delivery to receive a refund for the purchase price of the item, excluding shipping; items will not be accepted after 7 days
  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached
  • Items must NOT have any fragrance or makeup
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Sale and clearance items are final sale and therefore non-returnable
  • Jewelry and accessories are FINAL SALE and non-returnable
  • The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs; Tealight Boutique does not offer return labels at this time
  • We recommend shipping through USPS Flat Rate with a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages

Exchanges:

                Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee an item will be available in the size/style/color that is requested once the item has been returned. We will issue a refund for your item and the same guidelines from the return policy will apply.

Damaged/Incorrect Items:

At Tealight Boutique we inspect every item and package them with the best care so they will arrive in perfect condition at your door. We can’t ensure it will get treated and handled with the same love during its transit, therefore if your item arrives damaged we will offer you a full refund to your original form of payment. That also applies if we make a mistake and don’t ship you the item you ordered. Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements because we cannot guarantee the item will be available once it has been returned. Don’t worry, we will cover the cost of return postage. Please follow these guidelines to return a damaged or incorrect item:

  • You must email us a photo of the damage to info@tealightboutique.com within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise your item will be treated as a return and you will receive a refund only for the purchase price of the item, excluding shipping.
  • Print and fill out the return form and send it back along with the damaged/incorrect item
  • We recommend shipping through USPS Flat Rate with a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Include a copy of your receipt or save your receipt!
  • Once the item is received, inspected, and approved we will issue you a full refund. We will contact you once the item arrives so you can send us a copy of your shipping receipt if it is not included in the package.

Cancellations:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel. Please include your order number in the email.
