When will my item ship?
- Your item will ship after payment has been verified and your order has been processed, typically between 1-2 business days, not including weekends and holidays. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
When will my item arrive?
- Domestic orders should arrive between 2-3 business days. International orders should arrive between 6-10 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.
What carrier do you use to ship my order?
- All orders are shipped via USPS.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
- Please review our guidelines on our Return Policy on how to return damaged items. You may be eligible for a full refund.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?

I haven’t received my package, but the tracking says it was delivered.
- You will need to contact the carrier directly. Tealight Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
How long do I have to return my item?
- 15 days from date of delivery. Items will not be accepted after 15 days.
Can I get a refund?
- We do not offer refunds unless items are damaged or the wrong item was delivered. We offer store credit only on the purchase price of the item.
I would like to return my item. Can you send me a shipping label?
- We do not offer return labels at this time. The customer is responsible for return postage.
I’d like to exchange my item for another size/style/color.
- Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee availability of the item you request once we receive the return. Please review our Return Policy for further information.
I never received a confirmation email.
- Please check your spam folder, and check the email address on file for inaccuracies. You can also contact us through the Contact Us page.
I forgot to use my coupon code after I placed my order. Can I still use it?
- Unfortunately coupon codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed. Orders cannot be changed. You have 24 hours to cancel your order if you’d like to reorder and use your coupon code.
Can I cancel my order?
- You must email us within 24 hours if you wish to cancel your order. Please include your order number in your email.
